Genesis7_14-16

Genesis 7:14-16

They, and every beast after his kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort.

And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life.

And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.

It described all the creatures entering the ark in detail. They entered two by two, of all flesh that had the breath of life, including Noah’s family, the cattle, the creeping things, the fowl, and so on, each according to its kind. Therefore, when the judgment of God Elohim was executed upon the earth, there was only one way for their physical lives to be saved—by entering the ark. Apart from this, there was no way to survive.

God arranged the method of salvation for all flesh before He destroyed them. This also reflects a common principle in our daily lives. Before a disaster, God reminds us to repent and enter the “ark.” Yet we refuse Him again and again until we bear the punishment. Even the fowl were saved; how much more precious is a human being. Nevertheless, humanity rejected God’s kindness.

This is an important lesson for all who seek God. Obeying His commandments and entering the ark is the best way to avoid disasters caused by our sins or other forms of disobedience. If you follow God Elohim and enter the ark, He will shut you in, just as He did for Noah. Serving God Elohim is not an easy path, for you may feel like a prisoner shut in by Him. Since the second judgment is coming, now is the opportunity for everyone to enter the one true ark—Jesus Christ.
