Genesis 9:1-2

And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.

And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.

After the floodwaters, God Elohim made an arrangement. He did not only repeat the first plan — to be fruitful and multiply to replenish the earth — but also delivered all creatures on the earth into the hand of Noah and all human beings. God’s plan was still to be executed by human beings. Meanwhile, God Elohim gave human beings greater privileges.

God Elohim blessed Noah and his sons, which indicated that all things would work together for the man who received His blessing, because the blessing of God Elohim carried power and authority. It could change the material structures and functions of the world. In our current world, the number of human beings has approached the highest level in history. No matter what happens, the plan of God Elohim will definitely be carried out.

There was another important aspect: God handed over the other creatures that He had made on the earth to human beings. Upon them fell the fear and dread of human beings. This meant that God Elohim let human beings reign over themselves and over the other creatures living on the earth independently. Therefore, it was a new era for humanity. Furthermore, God Elohim showed His righteousness and greatness. Indeed, He loved humanity so deeply that He gave up more of His rights. Praise God Elohim!
